Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy from North Torque (parts.bikerepairshop.ca), based in Ottawa, Ontario. Contact: orders@bikerepairshop.ca.

Orders and prices

• Prices are in Canadian dollars. Shipping and any sales tax are shown on the payment page before you pay.
• Launch pricing: during a launch drop, prices shown are introductory. When the countdown ends, prices go up by the amount shown on the site. You pay the price shown when you check out.
• Your order is confirmed when payment goes through and you receive our confirmation email. If we can’t fill an order (for example, the last unit sold at the same moment), we’ll tell you right away and refund you in full.
• Buyers under the age of majority in their province need a parent or guardian’s permission to order.

Fitment

We list which bikes each part fits. Brand names like Sur-Ron, Talaria and others are used for fitment reference only. We aren’t affiliated with or endorsed by those brands. Please check fitment before installing; see our returns policy for installed parts.

Safe riding

• Our parts are for off-road use. Follow your provincial laws about where and how you can ride.
• Always wear a helmet and protective gear.
• Some parts are safety-critical (brakes, wheels, suspension). We strongly recommend a professional install. If you install parts yourself, follow the instructions and torque specs.

Warranty and liability

Parts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where one applies, and by the warranties the law gives you, which these terms don’t limit. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, modification, racing or misuse.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada. If you live in Québec or another province, you keep every protection your local consumer law gives you.
