Where we ship

We ship anywhere in Canada, including Québec and the territories. We don’t ship outside Canada yet.

When it ships

Orders ship from Ottawa, Ontario, with Canada Post, within 2 business days of payment. You’ll get an email with a tracking number when your order leaves.

Shipping rates

• Regular parcels (foot pegs, brake kits): $15 per order.
• Free regular shipping on orders of $150 or more.
• Oversized items (wheel sets, forks): $79 per item, because the boxes are big and heavy.

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Shipping is shown as its own line on the payment page before you pay, and sales tax applies to it where we collect tax.

Delivery times

Product pages show an estimate for your province. Most orders arrive in 1 to 3 business days in Ontario and Québec, 2 to 7 in the rest of southern Canada, and up to 2 weeks in the North. These are estimates from Canada Post, not guarantees.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking stops moving for 5 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email orders@bikerepairshop.ca with your order number and photos. We’ll deal with Canada Post for you.
